Refund Policy

ProjexSaas Pty Ltd (trading as RunProjex) offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on subscription purchases. If you are not satisfied with RunProjex, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your order date.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider and Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request a refund:

  1. Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email used at checkout.
  2. Request a refund directly through Paddle, or email support@runprojex.com and we'll arrange it with Paddle on your behalf.

After the 30-day window

After 30 days, refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis. You can cancel your subscription at any time via the customer portal; cancellation stops future renewals and you retain access until the end of the current billing period.
